Kevonte was a great sales rep there at this location, already had the vehicle gassed up, washed and ready to go! He made us feel comfortable along with the rest of the staff! Everyone at this location helped us decide what’s best with the purchase of the Santa Cruz we decided on and have not regretted the decision at all. We live out new vehicle and plan to have it taken care of by these guys as well.
We’re able to get me in without an appointment and completed work within a week. Gave feedback on a subsequent issue which I resolved myself. More than accommodating even after that by clearing codes for me after fixing said subsequent issue. Service writer Jackie was wonderful the entire time and I’m glad I went there.

One of my better experiences buying a vehicle. Downtown Hyundai has performed routine maintenance since I purchased my Santa Fe, I have no complaints. Jamal communicates and keeps me in the loop of work and when it is compleated. Only concern I had when I had a flat was that lug nuts appeared to have been overtightened when replacing with spare. Since they had recently rotated tires about 2 weeks ago.

Tommy is a professional advisor. He is very experienced and knows the system well. We brought in our vehicle for a oil change. Tommy mentioned there was a recall and it was looked into as well. He also suggested the manufacturer's 30K recommended package which we ended up doing. It was easy to communicate with him and the vehicle was ready within a few hours.
5 stars because the woman who helped me, Jackie, was super helpful, pleasant and transparent throughout the process. I also have no complaints for the work that was done on the car and they did it in a timely manner.
