If your insurance company won’t cover towing to our collision center in the event of disabling collision, WE WILL! All we require is that you call us to arrange towing with our preferred partner, within 10 miles of our facility, and you have any required repairs performed by us.

*Must own vehicle being towed, be a licensed driver, and have a comprehensive coverage.
**Applies to a standard mid-size car, rented through rental company, subject to their standard rules and regulations. Customers must have “full coverage” insurance. Gasoline is not covered, and is the responsibility of the customer.
***The promise date will be solely at the determination of Downtown Nashville Motors Collision Center, after frequent, common delays not within our control are excluded, such as parts availability issues, insurance company supplement approval delays, non-usable parts, delays by sub-let vendors. If it is our error it is our intent not to charge our customers

† Founded in 1979, I-Car is an international, not-for-profit training organization dedicated to improving the quality, safety, and efficiency of auto collision repair for the ultimate benefit of you-the consumer.

Participation in I-Car is voluntary. The I-Car curriculum consists of ten core training programs and approximately 60 additional classes relating to specific areas of repair: non-structural repair, structural repair, refinishing and mechanical repair. Within each of these areas are many levels of instruction from introductory to advanced. In addition, there are classes for estimating, appraisal, management and specialty training programs.
